Reservations & Deposit: A Reservation is confirmed on receipt of the completed “Formulaire de Reservation” together with the indicated Deposit payment.
The Balance: To be paid two weeks before the Arrival date, amount as indicated on the “Formulaire de Reservation”.
Payments:

All Payments to be in Euros, we accept cash, cheque, wire transfer, MasterCard & Visa

Late Reservations: A Request for Reservation made less than 2 weeks before Arrival Date is confirmed on receipt of the full cost of the Rental Amount, as indicated on the “Formulaire de Reservation”.
Cancellation:

More than 28 days before Arrival date – 50% of Balance
Less than 28 days before Arrival date - 100% of Balance
There are no set-offs in the event you have to leave before the planned Departure Date.

Family Suites: The Rental rates in the Family Suites are priced at a concessionary rate for Family Groups (Groups are Adult family members together with their children and/or dependents aged 16 or under). Groups of Adults renting the Family Suite without children are charged on a per room basis, price on request.
Maximum occupancy:

State exactly how many persons will be staying at La Roseraie, together with ages of children (if applicable). We do not accept any more guests than the maximum allowed in the description and as indicated on the “Formulaire de Reservation”.

Arrivals: We welcome guests on the day of arrival between 4.00 pm and 10.00 pm.
Supplementary charges: Supplementary charges (meals, drinks laundry etc) accumulated during your stay are billed, presented and payable on the day of Departure.
Visitors:

We do not permit visitors for reasons of insurance, security and occupancy levels.

Food & Beverages:

La Roseraie provides Bar facilities with Lunch & Dinner service on request. Food & Beverages purchased outside are for consumption outside and not in grounds or common areas of La Roseraie.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside any of the internal facilities at La Roseraie. Smoking is permitted outside using the ashtrays provided for the purpose
Departures:

Rooms to be cleared ready for changeover cleaning by 10.30 am., and to leave La Roseraie by midday.

Insurance: We urge you take out insurance coverage for potential cancellations and damages & claims resulting from your vacation.
